Understand the model

This tool preserves a simplified single-dose exponential decay model: initial level = dose × 1000 ÷ (weight in kg × 0.15); level over time = initial level × exp(−ln(2) × hours ÷ half-life). The starting level is an illustrative assumption, not a measured urine concentration.

The model does not account for repeated doses, formulation, urine collection conditions or individual clinical factors. Do not use the curves to determine test outcomes, change a prescription or infer a dose from a laboratory report.
