Adderall is a 3:1 mixture of d- and l-enantiomers of amphetamine salts. Peak amphetamine concentrations in urine have been reported around 2,645–5,948 ng/mL after a single therapeutic dose. Samples at or above 500 ng/mL of amphetamine (a common GC-MS confirmatory cutoff) have been observed up to about 47 hours post dose. Results vary by dose, metabolism, hydration, and urine pH.
