Can I try vizGPT before paying?

Yes. A free account includes 100 credits every month, with 5-hour and 7-day usage limits, chat with free models, Lottie generation using credits, and one free generation in each of the motion graphics and infographic generators. Lottie downloads require a paid plan. No credit card required.

What is a credit?

Credits measure AI usage. Each generation, edit, or agent step uses credits based on the model and how much work the request involves: lighter requests use fewer, while advanced models and longer agent runs use more.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Monthly credits refresh at the start of each month, on both monthly and yearly billing. Unused credits don't carry over.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Requests that use credits pause until your allowance refreshes at the start of the next month. If you need more room sooner, upgrade to a plan with more monthly credits.

Do all paid plans include the same features?

Yes. Plus, Pro, and Ultra unlock the same generators, models, and features. Higher plans add more monthly credits at a lower price per credit.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are billed once a year at a lower price than paying monthly. Your credits still arrive monthly and refresh at the start of each month.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, switch plans, or cancel anytime from the Stripe billing portal. If you're subscribed, open it with Manage subscription on this page.

Is checkout secure?

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's checkout page, and vizGPT never stores them.
